OPIKA™ Organic Yee Mee

Yee Mee noodle style has its roots from Southern China and is popular amongst the ethnic Chinese in S.E. Asia. This hand-made noodle is made from organic unbleached plain whole wheat flour and slowly deep fried in low temperature to attain the right golden colour and crispiness. Our processor only uses new first time cooking oil to deep fry and not from reused oil.
