OPIKA™ Organic Soya Misoya Ramen
Mi Soya Noodle is a blend of organically grown, unbleached whole wheat plain flour and soy flour. A favorite soup noodle among the Southern Chinese, it is prized for its thin, smooth texture. This handmade Mi Soya is carefully air-dried at low temperatures and contains no preservatives, making it excellent for soups or moist noodle dishes.
