Opika’s Organic Coconut Cider sap is from the unopened flower of a coconut tree.
The sap is the ‘lifeblood’ of the coconut tree and contains abundant 17 amino acids and heavily concentrated with 65 minerals from seawater. Sap is low glycemic (GI of only 35) and with contain broad spectrum of vitamin C, B, D and has nearly neutral pH, it is also fermented for almost 2 months with 4-5 % acidity.
